Family

Last weekend we went to St. Louis for my cousin Josh's wedding.  It was very beautiful and we had a great time.  The best thing about this trip was almost my whole family was together for the first time in almost 20 years.  I got to see my Aunt Jackie, the picture on the bottom, whom I haven't seen in about 10 years or more, and it was like being 13 again.  :)  Only in a good way!  She has been in Iraq for 5 years and she was home to watch her baby boy get married. Oh and to bring me coffee and candy from all over the world and to shower her great nieces and nephews with coins and candy too.  She is a very cool aunt in my kids books.
The picture at the top is my family, my dad and my sister and her girls, (her hubby had to work on Saturday, I can't imagine why no one would switch with him :)  As you can tell I don't look a thing like my father! HA.  There is a picture of all the kiddies in their "good" clothes and then there is a family picture, which I am using as my Christmas photo, because I guarantee you it will never happen again.  5 people, smiling, looking at the camera and dressed in decent clothing!  A Christmas miracle I tell ya.
Have a good week!
